This route in the Lower Don Valley winds through some of East York all the way to Sunnybrook Park, with a small optional detour through Evergreen Brickworks.
Most of the trail is paved with some rough sections.
There are a couple of good hills near Sunnybrook if you’re keen on practicing your climbing skills.
